Our surveyor is providing full procurement, sub Contract re-measures, account management and final account negotiations, cost control and monthly cost/value reconciliations on Phases 1 and 2 of this £14.5m luxury river-front development.  It comprises of 117 x 2 bed apartments and 2 duplex penthouse apartments.
