King’s Cross Nido Student Accommodation

The £95m Nido project is a visionary two-tower independent student resident hall located on Pentonville Road. The stunning 16 floor mixed use scheme was designed by award winning architects Alford Hall Monaghan Morris and will accommodate over 1000 students. It also includes 50 private apartments, retail units and commercial space. Our surveyor is undertaking financial management of trade packages.
