St Bartholomew's and the London Hospitals

The £1billion scheme to redevelop Bart's and the Royal London Hospitals is the largest PFI healthcare scheme in the UK.  It will encompass a built area of 270,000 square metres and provide up to 1,248 beds.  Of these, 40 per cent will be in single, en-suite rooms with the remainder in roomy four-bed bays.  There will be eight state-of-the-art operating theatres at Barts and another 22 theatres at the Royal London.

A GF Partnership surveyor is providing general quantity surveying support to Skanska on this project.
