The GF Partnership assisted with BOQ production for the £15.5m Castle Quay residential development of 103 highly specified apartments. The four apartment buildings are centered around a secure courtyard car park. Each of the individual terraces has been specifically designed to fit in with the site's prestigious setting next to the River Ouse and Castle Mound and its important location in the Conservation Area. The apartments themselves offer the best in stylish contemporary design, many with great views of the river or town.
