The GF Partnership undertook BOQ production on the structural work for a £4.1 million Design & Build project of a new fire station and community fire safety facility and fire training building at Brewers Hill, Dunstable. The facility will be operational 24 hours a day, and accommodates 3 fire appliances. The building includes a viewing patio (for observing fire training activities), seminar and lecture facilities.
