We undertook BOQ production for Durkan on this regeneration of Strongbridge Close Estate which will create 254 new homes, including the development of over 100 new homes for outright sale. The existing estate is of lightweight "Resiform" construction, which will be replaced by timber-framed houses and concrete-framed flats, up to seven storeys. Located in attractive green surroundings, this nine-acre site is within walking distance of shops and the underground at Rayners Lane.
