GF Partnership launches Construction Cost Consultancy division

Launch of new division announced as part of the natural growth of the company

As part of the natural growth of the GF Partnership, we are delighted to announce the recent launch of a new division specializing in providing cost management, quantity surveying and project co-ordination services to clients and developers within the construction industry.

Drawing upon the experience and knowledge residing within our team of Quantity Surveyors, we are able to provide a full range of cost management and project co-ordination services, from early feasibility advice through to the resolution of final accounts.

Our philosophy is to share our thorough understanding of the construction industry with the client and the appointed design team to the benefit of the project at an early stage of the process. The Construction Cost Consultancy team comprises a dedicated group of quantity surveyors with a broad range of experience including new build, refurbishment, industrial, retail, social housing, public sector, healthcare, fit out, rail, PFI, leisure, and historic buildings.

‘We have been requested to provide this type of service on several occasions, so the creation of this division is a natural progression for us', said Derek Mynott, Managing Director. ‘We have the skills and experience of working alongside clients and developers within the organization and I look forward to increasing our business in this area.'
