The G F Partnership is not just an employment agency. The MD is a member of the RICS and has worked as a professional surveyor which gives him additional insights into the workings of the construction industry.I have obtained five or six jobs in succession through the firm; all of which have been successful.

The jobs all came up just when I needed them. At present the industry is over-worked against the number of people who are available to do the work so it is not difficult to find new positions; however this has not always been so. In more difficult periods the GF Partnership has always been helpful. Agencies vary a great deal in the way they are organised and they all have very different ideas how to operate.
