Obtaining your Professional Qualifications

As a specialist Quantity Surveying consultancy, we can provide a high level of support to our Quantity Surveyors when on placement. If you are pursuing RICS or IOB qualifications our Management team will mentor you throughout the process, or if you need technical support or advice during a project, this is freely available.

We place great importance on site personnel training, CPD and guiding our surveyors through their RICS APC studies. Two of our Surveyors have attained MRICS status following this route and three more are to undertake their APC during 2008, demonstrating our level of commitment to employee training and career progression.

Derek Mynott, Managing Director, acts as supervisor & counsellor, working within the approved structured training agreement from the RICS. In addition, Derek is an RICS Assessor.
The company is a corporate member of the CPD foundation, helping people with commitments to lifelong learning (LLL).

Additional training & support is provided by Glenn Godfrey, Divisional Director - Dispute Resolution Services.

CSCS Card

We can assist you in obtaining a CSCS card if you do not already possess this.  This can be obtained through the Contractor when on placement and GF Partnership will liaise with them to progress this.
