The Recruitment Team

Managing Director: Derek Mynott FRICS FCIOB
Derek comes from a Commercial Director level background with a national Main Contractor and has over 30 years experience in the industry.  He has managerial responsibility for all of the commercial support services offered by the company.  In addition, he is responsible for site personnel training, CPD and mentoring our surveyors through their RICS APC studies as well as providing back-up technical support.

Divisional Director – Tracy Tobin
Tracy has worked with the GF Partnership for 7 years and during this time has played a significant role in developing and increasing our post-contract surveyor team.  She holds overall responsibility for ensuring that our surveyors continue to deliver a high quality level of service and support to our clients and for overseeing their placement. 

QS Resource Consultant - Wendy Jacob
Wendy has 5 years experience in HR related roles including 3 years working with the GF Partnership.  She has a Diploma in Recruitment Practice and supports Tracy Tobin in the general day to day management of the QS Site Support division.
