The Team

Derek Mynott is Director of our Claims & Dispute Resolution division.  He manages our team of specialist consultants which includes practicing and trained adjudicators and arbitrators, expert witnesses and delay analysts. 

Their experience includes building construction, process engineering, M & E, infrastructure and heavy civils and they are able to deal with issues throughout the UK and overseas.  Some are experienced in international forms of contract.  The company has concluded over 70 successful adjudications. 

Sue Banwell is Administration Manager for the Division and is the main point of contact for new enquiries and project co-ordination.
