The Team

Our team includes surveyors at assistant, intermediate and senior level, all who have chosen to work on an interim or contract basis and are committed to it, understand what is involved and enjoy the variety and challenge.  We are very selective about the people we employ and place a high value on skills, professionalism, loyalty and pro-active attitude. 

Between them our surveyors have technical capability in commercial, new build, D & B, refurbishment, fit-out, housing development, social housing, retail, industrial, schools, hospitals, prisons, airports, leisure, listed buildings, PFI, MoD, rail and civils projects.

Tracy Tobin, Divisional Director, runs the team and holds overall responsibility for ensuring that our surveyors continue to deliver a high quality level of service and support to our clients.
