The Team

The Pre-Contract division is headed up by Peter Royal.  His background is predominantly in professional quantity surveying practices with additional experience working for construction companies in both surveying and estimating roles.  Peter has been involved in a senior role in most types of construction projects both in the UK and abroad. 

Working with Peter is a team of 15 surveyors, all of whom are professional, highly experienced and with an in-depth understanding of construction practice.  They are fully aware of the pressures and constraints of working to deadlines and of the ‘middle man’ role of the surveyor in identifying design or specification shortfalls, and for agreeing correct allowances where required.

The surveyors are supported by a specialist administration team involved in project co-ordination and client liaison.
