Pre-Contract Support

Our Pre-Contract division provides a cost effective service in bill of quantities preparation, estimating, cost planning, budget & cash-flow forecasts, quantities checks, tender audits, material scheduling and procurement and package compilation.

We specialize in preparing bills for contractors, sub-contractors, quantity surveying practices and developers and have the ability to tackle the most challenging and unusual commercial, educational, residential or civils projects, typically ranging in value from £0.5m - £100 million.  We have particular experience in working on Building Schools for the Future (BSF) projects.  Our in-house Surveyors understand time constraints and deadlines and will liaise with you during the project, as if they were a member of your own team. We generally produce bills in SMM7 style but these can be varied to suit your particular requirements. 

The process for BoQ production is straightforward...

• Telephone us to discuss the project and availability of resources
• Send the documents to us and receive a fee proposal by return.
• Confirm your acceptance and the bills will be prepared in a format to suit your estimating system.
