The Construction Cost Consultancy team is a dedicated, high quality group of quantity surveyors who have a broad range of experience of projects from new build, refurbishment, industrial, retail, social housing, public sector, health care, fit out, rail, PFI, leisure and historic buildings.

John Hemmingway B.A. (Hons) M.A. (Arch Conservation) MCIOB MRICS FBEng IHBC heads up work within the historic building restoration and conservation sector and has over 30 years experience in the industry.

Peter Royal manages the surveyor team responsible for cost management and quantity surveying advice, preparing feasibility estimates, cost planning, budgets, valuations and cost reporting on projects.

Steve Wright FCIOB DipArb is responsible for our project co-ordination services as well as playing an active role in our dispute resolution team, undertaking review of contracts, terms and conditions and strategy reviews.

We are further supported by an expanding team of surveyors with a wealth of experience in all aspects of cost consultancy, quantity surveying and project co-ordination.
