Investor in People

The company achieved IiP recognition in October 2003 and was re-assessed against the newly revised standard in October 2006 to ensure that the standard was being met effectively. The role the GF Partnership plays in this accreditation encompasses:

• Recognising the importance of our employees as the ‘face’ of the organisation
• Helping employees develop their potential, improve their skills and gain greater job satisfaction
• Appreciating our employees, valuing contribution made and giving encouragement, support and praise

The company uses the Investors in People (IiP) Standard to improve its performance, by ensuring its people undertake a continuing programme of training and personal development.

ISO 9001:2000

As part of our commitment to delivering a consistent level of service and quality, the GF Partnership achieved ISO 9001:2000 accreditation on 28 May 2004.  We successfully passed our recertification visit in June 2010. 

To maintain our registration, we need to continue to use our quality system, which ensures that we continue to measure and monitor both the effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation. This provides the catalyst for continual improvement, facilitating growth and development and is periodically checked by our Quality Registrar, NQA Global Assurance.
