Managing Director: Derek Mynott FRICS FCIOB
Derek comes from a Commercial Director level background with national main contractors and has 30 years experience in the industry.  He has managerial responsibility for all of the commercial support services offered by the company.  In addition, he is responsible for site personnel training, CPD and mentoring our surveyors through their RICS APC studies as well as providing back-up technical support.

Divisional Director, Pre-Contract Services: Peter Royal AssocRICS QSi
Peter manages the Pre-Contract division and is responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the team of surveyors, as well as hands-on work involvement. His background is predominantly in professional quantity surveying practices with additional experience working for construction companies in both surveying and estimating roles.  Peter has been involved in most types of construction projects both in the UK and abroad and his experience includes preparing contract documents, tender documents and cost plans, providing project based quantity surveying support services and assisting on project management contracts.

Divisional Director, QS Site Support: Tracy Tobin
Tracy has worked with the GF Partnership for 8 years and during this time has played a significant role in developing and increasing our post-contract surveyor team.  She is highly skilled in selection and recruitment, her experience gained working with a multi-national employment group.  She holds overall responsibility for ensuring that our surveyors continue to deliver a high quality level of service and support to our clients and for overseeing their placement.
